发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTINUOUSLY MOLDING HOLLOW ROD-SHAPE BODY OF PHENOLIC RESIN
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a hollow rod-shape body having an oddy shaped cross section with high precision by inserting a shaft into the throughhole of the axial center of a die and a screw which are provided in the tip of a cylinder and pushing out the shaft into the die on the axial line of the screw and promoting cure of phenolic resin material in the die. CONSTITUTION:Phenolic resin material supplied from a hopper 1 is heated and melted by a heater 3 in a cylinder 2 and sent ahead by a screw 4 and introduced into a die 6 in a moten state as it is. The temperature of the heating zone of the cylinder on this side of the inlet of the die is regulated to 120-135 deg.C. The material in the inlet of the die is heated at 150-180 deg.C in the die part and cure is promoted. Therein, the inclination of a flow path-changing part 5 which is transferred from the inlet side of the die 6 to the cross-sectional shape of the outlet side is regulated to <=35 degrees for the axial direction. A shaft is inserted into a through-hole 8 provided in the axial center of the screw 4 and a mandrel 7 in the die is pushed out into the die on the axial line of the screw.
