PROCESSED CLOTH COATED WITH FLAME-RETARDANT RESIN

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce processed cloth coated with a resin having excellent flame retardancy, free from water penetration by capillarity from an edge face or a destroyed part of the resin. CONSTITUTION:A polyester having flame retardancy is subjected to melt spinning to give undrawn yarn, which is added with a spinning oil agent and 0.1-3.0wt.% of a perfluoroalkyl-containing compound as a water-repellent in a spinning oil agent supplying process, and then hot drawn.heat-treatment to produce polyester yarn having >=7g/d strength. A fabric base is produced from the polyester yarn and at least one side of the fabric base is coated with a thermoplastic resin such as vinyl chloride resin.
