摘要 PURPOSE:To provide an optical parallel receiver and an optical parallel transmitter for eliminating the reduction of the allowable skew range due to eye opening degradation and realizing stable optical communication and the terminal structure of the optical transmission fiber of optical reliability utilizable as the optical transmission line of the optical parallel transmitter or the like further relating to a data identification circuit in the optical parallel transmitter and the optical parallel receiver using the data identification circuit. CONSTITUTION:In this data identification circuit used for the optical parallel receiver inside the optical parallel transmitter, a data edge position detection means 1 detects an area in which one cycle of reception data present in a reference phase which is the same phase as reference clocks is divided the rising edge of reception data is present and generates data edge position detection signals. A data acquisition means 2 is supplied with plural clocks corresponding to the respective plural areas for which the phase of a timing edge is different and the data edge position detection signals, acquires data by the timing edge of the clock corresponding to the area where the rising edge of the reception data is detected and outputs them.
