<p>PURPOSE:To stabilize a burning state by regulating the oxygen concentration of combustion oxygen-containing gas according to a temperature difference between the burning flame temperature of liquefied sludge and a set burning flame temperature when the sludge is burned. CONSTITUTION:The air supplied from supply tubes P2, P5 and oxygen (enriching oxygen) supplied from supply tubes P3, P4 are so controlled as to be all burned. A burning flame temperature is measured by a thermometer 10 such as an infrared image sensor, a thermocouple, etc., and then compared with a set burning flame temperature by a temperature designating regulator 11. Flow control valves V1, V2, V3, V4 respectively provided at the tube P2-P5 are respectively switched by flow indicating controllers 12a, 12b, 12c, 12d. When the flame temperature is, for example, lower than the set temperature, oxygen supply amounts from the tubes P3, P4 are increased to enhance oxygen concentration in the combustion oxygen-containing gas. Thus, a stable burning state can be obtained.</p> |
