PURPOSE:To provide a voltage non-linear resistor at low cost by reducing the number of processes for the prevention of deterioration when a lead is fixed, in manufacturing. CONSTITUTION:At the time of baking silver paste on both major planes of a sintered body which has zinc oxide as the major component, it is baked while oxygen is injected to an electrode baking furnace to form a silver electrode; or heat treatment is performed in the atmospheric atmosphere or excess oxygen atmosphere in the same furnace following the final baking that provides the sintered body. Thus, conventional another process of heat treatment of a sintered body in the heat treatment furnace is eliminated. |
