PURPOSE:To obtain the subject feed improved in color tone containing a yeast belonging to the genus Phaffiarhodozyma and subjected to pressurizing treatment, improved in color tone so as to have natural reddish color which consumers like without providing change to intake of feed and a feed conversion ratio and capable of readily producing high-quality chicken. CONSTITUTION:This feed improved in color tone contains a dried yeast cell of yeast (Phaffiarhodozyma ATCC 24202 strain, etc.) belonging to the genus Phaffiarhodozyma to which 50-3000kg/cm<2> pressure is applied by a roll mill in an amount of 5-20ppm as astaxanthin content. |
