PURPOSE:To provide a device capable of freely combining the arrangement of a detection zone on a planned focal plane with the arrangement of a line sensor on a image re-forming plane and miniaturizing the device even when five and more detection zones are provided on the planned focal plane. CONSTITUTION:This device comprises a first mirror 20 reflecting a light beam from a central detection zone 11 provided on the center of a planned focal plane, a second mirror 21 reflecting light beams from peripheral detection zones 12-15 in the different directions from that of the first mirror, respectively, a third mirror 22 reflecting the light beams reflected by the second mirror 21 in the same direction as the reflected direction by the first mirror 20, respectively, and line sensors 40a, 40b receiving the light beams reflected by the first and the third mirrors 20, 22 for every detection zone and at least one of the second and the third mirrors 21, 22 is a single mirror reflecting light beams from plural peripheral detection zones by the same plane. |
