<p>PURPOSE: To produce a strap more excellent in tensile strength, tear resistance and weldability than a conventional one. CONSTITUTION: A resin sheet material is supplied to rolling and stretching rolls 42, 44 from an extruder 30 through inlet bridle rolls 34-40. This material is once passed through the nip between the rolls 42, 44 to be rolled and stretched at the same time and stretched until brought to final thickness to become a desired stock material through outlet bridle rolls 76-86. The rolls 34-42 are rotated at the same speed and the rolls 44-86 are rotated at the same speed but rotated at a speed 7-12 times that of the rolls 34-42.</p> |
