<p>PURPOSE: To prepare an aramid fiber filtration sheet having a relatively small pore size and high pore uniformity. CONSTITUTION: This filtration sheet preferably has a titer reduction against bacteria such as Pseudomonas diminula. Also, a method for preparing reduced- diameter aramid fibers and a method for preparing an aramid fiber filtration sheet from such reduced-diameter aramid fibers, are provided. Further, a method for treating a fluid by passing a fluid through the aramid fiber filtration sheet, and a filter element incorporating the aramid fiber filtration sheet, are provided.</p> |
