PURPOSE:To make unnecessary the adjusting work and adjusting mechanism for parallelism of a pressured block itself by providing a constitution capable of lowering each lifting means by a predetermined amount in response to the individual when an individual supporting stage of individual terminals to be connected is of a seesaw type and performs an oscillating operation. CONSTITUTION:An aerotropic conductive adhesive seat 13 is placed in a strip form in the same direction as a long side direction of a lead wire terminal 12a of a liquid crystal panel 12, and an arbitrary number of SCPs 11 are arbitrarily fixed. Next, one side of a terminal 12a is positioned and set on a terminal supporting surface of seesaw stage 2. Next, an aerotropic conductive adhesive seat sticking prevention film 13a is placed on the terminal 12a and, if a pressured block body 5 is lowered by a constant distance by an up-and-down cylinder 8, then individual seesaw stage 2 becomes parallel to the pressured block body 5. The adhesive seat 13 is melted by heating of the pressured block body 5, and heating and pressuring is released after hardening and sticking prevention film 13a is removed. |
