PURPOSE:To provide a connector-fitted cable with which any apparatus constructed according certain specifications, for example either of the PAL standard and SECAM standard, is made connectible to the plug side without use of a separate component, for example an adaptive connector or adaptive cable. CONSTITUTION:A connector-fitted cable 50 includes a cable 11 to whose one end (or both) a plug 52 is fixed in electric connection, wherein the plug 52 is equipped with an earth metal piece 54 mounted around a plug pin 16 with an insulative material 18 interposed. The earth metal piece 54 is equipped with a plurality of slits 56, 56... and can therefore be in resilient contact with the grounding terminal of the connector if the connector is constructed according to a specified specifications. for example its inside diameter conforming to PAL standard or SECAM standard, when the plug 52 is to be fitted in the connector of an apparatus concerned, for example a TV receiver. |
