摘要 PURPOSE:To provide an information transmitting apparatus for people hard in hearing which is excellent in information transmission reliability by carrying out output in other mode different from a constant mode when carrier waves or encoded signals can not be received and has excellent power saving properties. CONSTITUTION:Voice signals are detected by a microphone 8, only the signals within a necessary band range are transmitted, sent to an A/D input 53 of a microprocesser 5, and converted into digital values. To carry out transmission, the output of the VCO3 is made to be carrier waves, the modulated waves are made to be FSK signals of binary signals, serial signals 52 from a MPU 5 are made to be FSK signals, and then transmission is carried out through an antenna 71. Meanwhile, the FSK signals received are demodulated, converted into digital signals, and if there is no bit cycle signal, all the channels are tried repeatedly until reception is done and the subharmonic frequency of the reception frequency is determined. At that time, in the case where there is no signal even if all the channels are tried, the reception frequency is determined again or output is done in a mode which shows a user is in a dead zone of electric power.
