PURPOSE:To reduce the reception bit error rate at the time of make before break (MBK) in the demodulator of a CDMA cell telephone system which is conducted with many cells prepared. CONSTITUTION:Base station parts 102 corresponding to many cell site parts 101 receive the signal of a mobile terminal part 103, and a general station 104 which compares signals of the mobile terminal part 103 received by base stations 102 to designate the base stations 102 being in the MBK state, and interference signals from a cell site itself and stations of other cell sites in the MBK state are removed by estimating reception base band data of respective stations from base band reception signals of spread spectrum signals of demodulators of base stations 102 by sequential interation, thereby reducing the bit error rate of the demodulation signal. |
