<p>PURPOSE:To provide a discharger for a secondary battery in which a controller discharges even when power supply from an AC adapter is not present. CONSTITUTION:The charger comprises a charging discharging controller 1 for a secondary battery 10. The controller 1 includes a circuit 17 to switch a DC charging power supply from an AC adapter 2 for its power supply when it is present and to switch to the secondary battery 10 when it is set and the DC charging power supply from the AC adapter 2 is not present.</p> |
