摘要 FIELD: hydrometallurgy. SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied for leaching copper and/or nickel from copper and/or-containing sources such as concentrates, ores, slag, or blast-furnace dust. Leaching commercial copper and/or nickel particles from solid particles of charge is effected with ammonia and ammonium bisulfite-containing reagent while stirring in presence of solid abrasive particles and oxidant, advantageously air or oxygen. Solid abrasive particles clean surface of charge particles and favor continuous opening of fresh surfaces to accelerate leaching kinetics and to raise total recovery.
