SERIAL/PARALLEL DATA CONVERTER

摘要

PURPOSE:To make a converter cope with a device generating a specified synchronizing signal and to further use also the bit within the synchronizing signal as the one expressing effective data. CONSTITUTION:This converter is provided with an S/P conversion circuit 31 converting serial data including a synchronizing signal into parallel data for every clock, buffer devices 32 and 35 storing parallel data for every clock of the number of bit of parallel data and a sink pattern detection circuit 33 detecting the specified part of the synchronizing signal and detecting the synchronizing signal. In the pattern detection circuit 33, the synchronizing signal having the specified part can be arbitrarily set.
