PURPOSE: To adjust the disagree between update of a display device by system and update of a display device by system user in a hybrid initiative resource assignment system. CONSTITUTION: The system 10 is provided with an A/S database 12 storing a resource request set, a resource provider set, and an assignment set to assign a resource request to the resource provider, an A/S module 14 generating recommendations of assignment and scheduling, a user interface 18, and an update module 20 having a plurality of update modes. Each system user selects one update mode from a plurality of update modes such as a forced update mode in which a display device 24 is immediately updated upon a resource request and an update on request mode updated by the request of the system user.
