PURPOSE:To provide a fixing device that can eliminate temperature difference between an upper roller and a lower roller, each provided with a heater, at the stand-by time even in the case of a thermistor being brought into contact with either one of the rollers. CONSTITUTION:At the printing time, the ratio of the lighting time of an upper roller side heater 3 and a lower roller side heater 3' is made 1/1 to perform temperature control. At the stand-by time, the ratio of the lighting time t2, t1 of the heates 3, 3' is made t2/t1= 0.67/1 to perform temperature control. |
