PURPOSE: To reproduce an image having no artifacts by generating measured data with the geometrical structure of parallel beams, and applying Fourier transformation on the plane inclined against a plane perpendicular to the vertical axis based on the parallel data. CONSTITUTION: A ring anode 3 provided on a ring-like X-ray beam source 2 surrounding the measurement magnetic field 1 is scanned by an electron beam 5 forming the rotating planar X-ray beam flux. The measured data are spiral data, and the data are generated by the geometrical structure of parallel beams. The measured value at each projection angle and each vertical direction position exists on one plane inclined against the plane perpendicular to the vertical axis respectively. Two-dimensional Fourier transformation is applied on this plane, the sharpness of the image light is controlled, the gridding process is applied, three-dimensional Fourier transformation is applied on the spatial coordinates, and an image having no artifact can be reproduced at a high speed. |
