The stepless change-gear regulates the rotational force of a shaft driven by a hydraulic force of a piston installed in a connection shaft. It comprises a gear(2) positioned on an end of a driving shaft(1); an inner gear(4) formed on an end of a driven shaft(3); a connection gear installed between the gears(2,4); the connection shaft(8) fixed by the driving gear(1) and a bearing(7) and connected with a center shaft(5); a weight(16) installed at an end of the connection shaft(8); crankshafts(9,9') positioned by 90 degree; the hydraulic piston(10) including crank rods(15,15') and pistons(14,14'); a flow control plate(11) built over the hydraulic piston(10).
