PURPOSE:To improve ventilating performance by integrally forming an eave soffit and an eaves gutter disposed at the eaves edge of a roof, and providing the horizontal part of the eave soffit with vent holes and a water droplet falling stepped part. CONSTITUTION:An eaves gutter 1 disposed at the eaves edge of a roof is integrated with an eave soffit 2 and fixed to a fascia board 4, fixed to a rafter 3, by a machine screw 5, and vent holes 22 and a water droplet falling stepped part 23 are formed at the horizontal part 21 of the eave soffit 2. The edge of the eave soffit 2 is further provided with a locking hole 24. A locking means 8 with external facing material fixed thereto is inserted and fixed into the locking hole 24, and a lightweight noncombustible plate 9 is disposed above the vent holes 22 so as to prevent the permeation of a fire and hot air. The flashing performance of rainwater and flame resistance in the vent holes can be thereby improved. |
