PURPOSE: To provide jelly food with which the interface of transparent jelly and non-transparent jelly is made clear and a non-transparent jelly area having complicated or fine shape can be clearly identified. CONSTITUTION: Concerning the jelly food with which the non-transparent jelly area exists in transparent or semitransparent jelly, this food is produced by solidifying transparent or semitransparent jelly liquid while containing heat resistant non-transparent jelly having prescribed shape and containing a water unsoluble colorant in the transparent or semitransparent jelly liquid.
