PURPOSE:To stack containers without exerting an effect on the contents by a mere wrapping of the contents instead of using the lid by providing a reinforcing leg piece on the opening edge part of the container in an outwardly bending manner. CONSTITUTION:In a synthetic resin-made container A wherein its side wall part 2 is formed becoming wider gradually from the bottom part 1 toward the top part and the opening edge part 3 is formed continuously from the side wall part 2, a reinforcing leg piece B is formed in a freely bending manner continuously from at least the edge part opposite to the opening edge part 3. The reinforcing leg piece B consists integrally of a hinge part 4 forming the boundary with the opening edge part 3, a side edge part 5 and a contacting piece 6 and the contacting piece 6 is so shaped as to make contact in a position as high as or lower than the bottom surface of the container A, whereby, when the containers are stacked, the container A above rests on the opening edge part 3 of the one below. In this way, by a mere wrapping of the contents 60, the containers can be successively stacked in such a condition as to protect the contents with no lid. |
