PURPOSE:To prevent a rest room from being unavailable by unlocking a door in a state that no body is inside when the door is kept closed in a state that no body is in the rest room with a closing switch at an interior actuation section erronesously actuated, and concurrently opening the door with an opening switch at an exterior actuation section actuated. CONSTITUTION:When a man wants to be in a rest room 1, a door is opened with an exterior opening switch 3a at an exterior actuation section actuated, after he has entered, an interior closing switch 45 at an interior actuation section is actuated so as to allow the door 2 to be closed. A door is then locked by a lock mechanism, and concurrently an in-use lamp 3c and a lock lamp 4c are lighted. Besides, when the door 2 is kept closed because an user loses consciousness for example, and the like, the door is opened with a key switch 3d actuated by a helper and the like. Furthermore, a close prevention actuation section is provided, which unlocks the lock mechanism in a state that no body is in the rest room 1. If the switch 4b is actuated by mistake when he comes out of the rest room, the door 2 can be opened with the switch 3a actuated. With this constitution, the rest room can be prevented from being unavailable with the rest room kept closed, and the device can cope with the various kinds of specifications. |
