PURPOSE:To obtain a corrugated fibreboard-made corner pad that can be simply assembled and has a simple shape in development. CONSTITUTION:In a corrugated fibreboard material plate 1, three band plate parts 31, 33, 35 are connected through inward folding parts 41, 45, a chevron- shaped plate part 21 shaped into approximately a right triangle is connected to the edge of the third band plate 35, the chevron-shaped plate part 21 is provided with a notch 22 for dividing it into two triangular plate parts 23, 24, the slant edge of the triangular plate part 24 is connected to a triangular plate part 26 having substantially the same shape as the aforesaid part 24, inward folding bisectors 32, 36 are respectively formed in the band plate parts 31, 35, and an outward folding bisector 34 is formed in the band plate part 33. The corrugated fibreboard material plate 1 is folded at the respective folding parts into a corner pad body of a three-layer structure, in which an L-shaped side protective plate part consisting of the three side plate parts 31, 33, 35 is erected from two edges of a right-triangular bottom protective plate part 2 consisting of the three triangular plate parts 23, 24, 26. |
