PURPOSE:To obtain a high-precision molded piece without anisotropy due to orientation of fibers. CONSTITUTION:During an injection of a fiber mixed resin into a cavity 19 and/or after the injection, there is provided a process for rotating an insert part 7 provided in a moving-side mold main body 8 for forming a part of an inner wall face of the cavity before the resin solidifies. In a mold device for performing the above, the rotary insert 7 which forms the part of the inner wall face of the cavity is provided rotatably in the moving-side mold main body 9 and rotation driving mechanisms 5, 6, 70 for the insert are provided. Accordingly, by rotating the rotary insert which comes in contact with the fiber mixed resin in the cavity and disordering fiber orientation in the resin by shearing force, a high-precision molded piece without anisotropy due to the orientation of fibers can be obtained. |
