PURPOSE:To obtain the two-pack type adhesive film capable of solving the problems of conventional thermosetting adhesives used for the adhesion of electronic parts to each other in a semiconductor field, etc., in recent years, not requiring the storage in a refrigerator, not causing the deterioration of the quality with time, and enabling to adhere the adhesive film in an uniform thickness. The conventional thermoplastic adhesives require the storage in refrigerators, can not be applied in uniform thickness and easily stain the periphery of a processed area. CONSTITUTION:Both the adhesive liquids of a two-pack type adhesive are formed into an adhesive film 1 and an adhesive film 2, respectively, which are superposed on each other or adhered to each other to form the two-layered adhesive film. When used for adhesion, the produced two-pack type adhesive film is heated and pressed to melt and diffuse the two layers. Thus, the two- pack type adhesive film is cured and adhered to an adherend. |
