INK JET HEAD AND INK JET DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE:To accurately detect the temp. in the vicinity of an emission heater without increasing the area of the substrate of an ink jet head and to enable efficient heating using a preheater. CONSTITUTION:A large number of emission heaters generating heat energy for emitting liquid droplets are arranged on the surface of a substrate 120 and a temp. sensor 124 and a preheater 125 are formed to the back side region of the substrate 120 corresponding to the arranging region of the emission heaters 121 simultaneously with the formation of the emission heaters 121 by photolithography due to a double-side exposure system. By this constitution, the accurate detection of the temp. of ink and the accurate heating of ink in the vicinity of the emission heaters become possible without increasing the area of the substrate.
