A corner bind apparatus and method are provided for binding a plurality of sheets together at one corner. An anti-shear device, such as a staple (21) or pressure sensitive adhesive, is used together with an anti-peel device (30) to form the binding. The anti-peel device grips and encloses the corner of the sheets. A triangular body (31) is utilized with two triangular tabs (35, 40) extending away from the body (31), the tabs (35, 40) being folded around the backside of the sheets. A flag of various shapes (70, 170, 270, 370, 470) may be attached to the corner bind device.
