Fluid product dispensing device comprising a container provided with a neck, and a pump comprising a pump chamber (6) which is delimited by a pump body (1) and a piston (3) sliding within said pump body (1) between a rest position and an actuation position, said pump body (1) comprising a top part (2) secured to the container neck by means of a hoop (20a, 20b), said hoop having a central opening (21) through which passes the top portion (10) of said pump, characterized in that the hoop (20b) comprises at least a recess (30) in the pump body (1) at the vicinity of the central opening (21), said recess (30), together with a lower portion (31), being in contact with a pump element determining the rest position of the piston (3), so as to regulate the volume of said pump chamber (6).
