PURPOSE:To simply and easily manufacture a reinforcing bar cage to required cage strength by welding the intersecting part between a main bar and hoop bar, at welding, heating the intersecting part subjecting to welding. CONSTITUTION:While a main bar A bundle is turned in the fixed direction by a main bar supporting/turning device 2 and main bar taking out device 3, a main bar is taken out from the device 2 by the retreating movement of main bar taking out device 3. Along with this operation, a hoop bar B is supplied from a hoop bar supply device 4 to the main bar A bundle, the hoop bar B is pushed on the main bar A bundle by a hoop bar pushing device 5 to be spirally wound on the main bar A bundle. Each intersecting part between the hoop bar B spirally wound on main bar A bundle and the main bar A is heated by a heating device 7, immediately after this, it is spot welded by a welding equipment 6. Thus, the reinforcing bar cage is produced. By this method, the reinforcing bar cage is efficiently, safely and precisely produced. |
