PURPOSE:To provide a production managing system capable of executing position management and result storage on the way of a production line while executing autonomous management control in each process. CONSTITUTION:A management computer 1 stores schedule data in an ID tag 23 annexed to a work 22 at the head of a line. When the work 22 moving on a conveyer 24 reaches in the front of an antenna 20 in a process zone, a process computer 2 (2-1 to 2-n) reads out the data of a self-process and works the work 22 while controlling an equipment 21. The computer 2 collects working results, prepares individual information and transmits the prepared information to the computer 1 through a LAN 3. Then the computer 2 transfers the work 22 to the succeeding process without checking a response from the computer 1. On the other hand, the computer 1 executes tracking processing and result storage based upon normally received individual information. If individual information can not be normally received due to a data error or busy processing, the information is neglected and recovered by individual information normally received in the succeeding processing. |
