<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive mixing element with high mixing and agitation. effects by providing a spiral blade body forming plural fluid paths in the inside of a cylindrical path pipe flowing fluid, and allowing the fluid paths via their openings CONSTITUTION:The mixing elements 1, 8 have respectively cylindrical path pipes 2, 9 and spiral blade bodies 3,4 and 10, 11 respectively provided in the cylindrical path pipes 2,9. The blade bodies 3, 4 and 10, 11 are respectively twisted by an angle of 90 deg. in the clockwise direction (right rotation) and in the counterclockwise direction (left rotation) and respectively the fluid paths 5, 6 and fluid paths 12, 13 are formed by the blade bodies 3, 4 and 10, 11. The fluid paths 5, 6 and 12, 13 are mutually communicated over the whole length of the path pipes 2, 9 via the openings 7, 14. Such mixing elements 1, 8 are alternately inserted in a cyl indrical easing and t.he end edges of the blade bodies 3, 4 and 10, 11 are orthogonally crossed to be arranged.</p> |
