PURPOSE:To efficiently execute the processing of each working stage in a work flow while preventing its complication with the preceding and succeeding working stages. CONSTITUTION:The access right of a user for a worked object file is changed dynamically in accordance with each working stage. A storage means 11M to store a worked object information file is provided. The access right of an operator for the worked object information file in each working stage is managed by a managing means 110. The change of the working state is detected, and the access right of every operator is changed in accordance with the working stage on the basis of this detected result. |
