<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate peeling of a skin layer and an outer heat insulation layer in the case of peeling and to improve external appearance and executability by providing non-fusion bonded parts at a suitable interval in a longitudinal direction of a fusion-bonded part of a covering copper tube. CONSTITUTION:Non-fusion bonded parts 4 are provided at a suitable interval in a longitudinal direction at fusion-bonded parts of tube materials 2, 3 of a covering copper tube 1 for an air conditioner. Each of the materials 2, 3 for forming the tube 1 has a copper tube T, an inner heat insulation layer 7 made of highly foamed heat resistant polyethylene, an outer heat insulation layer 8 made of highly foamed polyethylene, and a skin layer 9 made of polyethylene in such a manner that fine protrusions of square conical state are provided on an entire outer surface. The tube 1 for the conditioner can be easily peeled by the formation of the parts 4. At the time of peeling, the parts 4 are not peeled. The fusion-bonded part 5 might be slightly peeled, but formation of the peeling part is extremely reduced.</p> |
