POLYESTER COMPOSITE FILM FOR METAL LAMINATE, LAMINATED METAL SHEET AND METAL CONTAINER

PURPOSE:To improve the resistance to rolling-up processing by laminating a film layer consisting of a specified thermoplastic resin and a specified copolyester at least on one face of a polyester film layer. CONSTITUTION:A polyester composite film for laminating a metal is formed by laminating a film layer B consisting of a resin compsn. contg. 0.3-10wt.% thermoplastic resin being incompatible with the polyester and a copolyester wherein 1-30 mole % of the whole acid component are a long chain aliphatic, dicarboxylic, acid residue of at least 10C. A laminated metal sheet is formed by laminating this polyester composite film so as to make the layer B to be the opposite face of the metal sheet and a metal container is formed of the laminated metal sheet. In addition, it is pref. that the content of cyclic trimer of ethylene terephthalate in the layer B or in both layers A and B is made at most 0.7wt.%.
