PURPOSE:To prevent a permanent deformation due to an impact from generating by a method wherein protuberances are formed by at least either one of butted surfaces of a body side or top plate side, and the protuberances are fitted in groove which is formed on a stacking part made of rubber, and at the same time, the protuberances are fixed by a lock pin. CONSTITUTION:A beer barrel made of stainless steel consists of a beer barrel main body 10, stacking part 11 made of rubber and stacking part 13 made of rubber. For the beer barrel main body 10, top plates 17, 19 are respectively welded and integrated to the top and bottom of a cylindrical body part 15. That is, a ring-form protruding part 20 is formed on the peripheral surface of the body part 15, and at the same time, the top and bottom ends are contracted and curved inward, and then, bent them to form protuberances 21, 23. Then, similar protuberances 31, 33 are provided also on the peripheral edges of respective top plates 17, 19 at corresponding locations, and these protuberances are butted and welded to form the beer barrel main body 10. Then, the protuberances 21, 23 are fitted in grooves being formed on the stacking parts 11, 13, and fixed with the stacking parts 11, 13 with lock pins 45, 47. |
