PURPOSE:To improve the degree of freedom for design by mutually independently setting the pattern width of a strip line or a microstrip line and a line impedance at the microwave integrated circuit (IC) device using a multi-layered dielectric substrate. CONSTITUTION:Internal ground conductors (j)-(p) are parallelly provided while facing to microstrip lines 3 formed on the bottom of a recessed part 1 on a multi-layered dielectric substrate 14 so that the pattern width of microstrip lines 3 at respective parts can be set narrow as desired. On the other hand, inner ground conductors (g), (h), (i) and (g) are also provided while facing to strip lines 2 so that the pattern width can be reduced. |
