PURPOSE:To provide an insert molding system wherein a high quality composite part in which a pin-like work is used can be insert molded by enabling many pin-like works to be easily supplied to a mold by a method wherein a plurality of long wires are cut to a specific cut length near the mold prior to molding to make a plurality of cut materials. CONSTITUTION:An insert molding system is composed of a wire supply means 3L, 3R wherein a work supplier carries a plurality of longer wires 1 than a cut length previously formed in a specific sectional shape by a specific feed amount from its tip side to feed near a molding mold, a cutting means 4L, 4R, 5L, 5R which are provided near the molding mold, and cut a plurality of wires 1 supplied from the wire supply means 3L, 3R in a specific cut length to make a plurality of cut materials 11, and a setting means which sets a plurality of the cut materials 11 in a specific arrangement in lines to the molding mold. |
