PURPOSE:To provide a composite body constituted of different materials in which a second material is strongly bonded with a first material by bonding the second material with the first material, so that the bridgelike bonding part of the first material is wrapped in the second material, and provide a method for producing the composite body simply and easily. CONSTITUTION:In a composite body 1 constituted of different materials, a second material 5 has a connection with a first material 4 different therefrom and is bonded with it. The second material 5 is bonded with the first material 4, so that the bridgelike combination part 2 provided in the first material 4 is wrapped in the second material 5. The composite body 1 consists of the bridgelike combination part 2 provided on the face of the first material, a hole 3 into which the second material 5 is injected and the bridgelike combination part 2 is caught, the first material 4 and the second material 5 to be injected. The material used for the first material 4 is metal, synthetic resin or cross- linked rubber or the like. The material which is used for the second material 5 and injected consists of unvulcanized rubber and thermoplastic resin. |
