PURPOSE:Not only to rapidly and easily discharge processing liquid from a liquid storing part, but also to suppress the deposit of sludge in the liquid storing part and to attain the improved cleaning of the liquid storing part by providing a releasing means, etc., for holding a lower squeezing roll and a control roll in a non-contact state when a pressure mechanism is released from pressing. CONSTITUTION:When the processing liquid is supplied to the upper squeezing roll 2 by a liquid supply means at the time of making the printing plate, the processing liquid is stored in an abutting part with the control roll 1 along the lower squeezing roll 3, then, the liquid storing part is formed. When the pressure mechanism is released and the upper squeezing roll 2 is pushed up by the pressing force of an elastic body 31 through a bearing 15, a releasing means 18 is also rotated in following up a rotation supporting body attached to a rotary shaft 12, and a pair of squeezing rolls 2 and 3 is held in a non- contact state, and also, the control roll 1 is held obliquely above the lower squeezing roll 3 in a non-contact state. The processing liquid stored in the liquid storing part, that is, the abutting part of the lower squeezing roll 3 with the control roll 1 is discharged downward in such a way. |
