PURPOSE:To carry out the thrust control with high precision, even in the curved excavation of a shield excavating machine. CONSTITUTION:At the rear part of the excavating machine body 1 of a shield excavating machine, a plurality of shield jacks 9 are installed along the circumferential direction. Excavation is carried out by the extension of the shield jack 9 by the supply of the pressurized oil. Further, in synchronization with the advance of the excavating machine body 1 due to the supply of the low pressurized oil, the shield jack 9 extends, generating a small thrust, and the high pressurized oil is supplied into the shield jack 9 in turn, and the selected shield jack 9 generates a large thrust and extends. The setting range of the shield jack for supplying the high pressurized oil and the setting range of the shield jack for supplying the low pressurized oil are determined on the basis of the thrust per length of the circumference in the arrangement of the shield jack so that the target force point position is satisfied. |
