PURPOSE:To reduce oscillation and noise and prolong the life of a thrust bearing by forming both pressure seats for holding thrust bearings such that the both pressure seats have pressure surfaces containing a trail center circle of one of the thrust bearings and forming at least one of the pressure seats in pier shaped having an outer diameter smaller than that of a fitting lace. CONSTITUTION:A thrust bearing 6B is comprised of an inner lace 61, an outer lace 62, a roller 63 and a holder. A flat pressure seat 31 formed in a cylinder block 3 is fitted with a whole side surface of the outer lace 62. While, a pressure seat 51 formed in a boss portion of a cam plate 5 is formed in pier shaped having an outer diameter smaller than that of the inner lace 61. A desired free space is secured between the boss portion of the cam plate 5 and an outer periphery side surface of the inner lace 16. Thereby, unbalanced load acted on a trail surface of the thrust bearing can be reduced and longevity of the bearing can be improved.
