PURPOSE:To eliminate the beat disturbance by monitoring the generation of the beat disturbance at the center station and permitting a center station to properly change the wavelength of a light signal at the optical transmission terminal when it is detected. CONSTITUTION:When the generation of the beat disturbance is found at the center station, the output is stopped in succession at the light transmission terminal. In an optical transmission end 200, if a control command 13 accepted by a reception part 3 is a command of stopping a light output 10, a light source control part 4 stops the light output 10 by controlling the light source part 1. In this case, when the beat disturbance is reduced at the center station, the center station commands an optical transmission terminal 200 to change the wavelength. When the reception part 3 accepts the command as a control command 13, the light source control part 4 generates a random number at a random number generation part 5. Based on the result, the light source part 1 is controlled to change the wavelength of the light output 10 in the wavelength variable range at the output. Thus, the generation of the beat disturbance from the wavelength light source of each optical transmission terminal can be eliminated. |
