PURPOSE:To make a uniform air flow passing in a heat exchanger by a method wherein a main body of a net is divided into a central region and a peripheral region, a region having a large amount of aeration has a fine mesh and another region having a small amount of aeration has a rough mesh. CONSTITUTION:This net is divided into a central region 4 arranged in a rectangular form at a central part of a main body 3 of the net and a first, a second and a third peripheral regions 5, 6 and 7 arranged in annular form in a rectangular shape at the outer periphery of the central region. The central region 4 has the finest mesh, but the net has a larger mesh size as the mesh goes from the central region toward its far peripheral region. This is due to the fact that an average aeration amount per unit area in a normal vehicle is high as it approaches its central region. A size of each of the mesh is set in such a way that an aeration amount per unit area at each of the component parts of a heat exchanger. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to get a heat exchanging performance at each of the components of the heat exchanger as much as possible. That is, the mesh size of the dust-proof net 2 is determined such that it may show the best matching with the heat exchanger. |
