PURPOSE:To surely delete the record on a reversible thermosensitive recording medium by providing a soaking plate with excellent heat conductivity which is possible to come into contact with the surface of the reversible thermosensitive recording medium, a sheet exothermic body heating this soaking plate and a temperature control part performing the temperature control of the exothermic body. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a soaking plate 1 provided on the upper surface of the device, a first sheet exothermic body 2a provided just under the soaking plate 1, a second sheet exothermic body 2b and a temperature control part 3 performing the temperature control of the first sheet exothermic body 2a, and these are stored in a box body 4 provided with a bottom surface and side surfaces which are made of plastic. A resin layer 5 covering the upper surface of the soaking plate 1 is provided and further, a press plate 6 for covering the soaking plate 1 is fitted to one end of the upper surface of the box body 4. The surface of the soaking plate 1 is brought into uniform contact with a reversible thermosensitive recording medium 7. By this constitution, current to be supplied to the sheet exothermic bodies 2a and 2b is adjusted by a temperature control part 3 such as a PTC thermistor, etc., and a uniform temperature surface where the recording an the reversible thermosensitive recording medium 7 is deleted, can be stably obtained. |
