IMAGE STORING DEVICE HAVING FRAME THINNING FUNCTION

PURPOSE:To provide an image storing device having a frame thinning function for reducing the stored amount of images by extracting images only when an object to be photographed is moved and storing them. CONSTITUTION:An image 1 changing with the lapse of time is photographed by a camera 2 and inputted. When the movement of an object to be photographed is detected by a sensor 3, an image storing device 4 extracts images inputted through the camera 2 and stores them. On television 5 images stored in the image storing device 4 are displayed and confirmed. By extracting and storing images in a memory only when the object movement is detected by the sensor 3, the amount of storing images when the object is not moved for a long time is reduced and thus an inexpensive image storing device capable of effectively utilizing an image storing medium is provided.
