摘要 |
PURPOSE:To provide the radio selectively calling receiver in which battery saving effect is enhanced. CONSTITUTION:A boosting circuit 12 boosts a voltage V4 of a battery 13 to a voltage V3 and a constant voltage circuit 11 produces a voltage V4 (V3>V4). Only when the constant voltage circuit 11 receives a radio calling signal S1, the circuit 11 supplies power P1 to a radio section 2, a local oscillator section 3 and a waveform shaping circuit 4 requiring much power consumption. The boosting circuit 12 supplies power P2 with the voltage V3 to the local oscillation section 3 prior to the supply of the power P1. As a result, it is not required to supply the power P1 to the radio section 2 and the waveform shaping circuit 3 till the rising of the local oscillation section to enhance the BS effect. Furthermore, the power supply timing is controlled by a power supply control circuit 15 receiving a power supply timing signal S8 sent from a decoder 5. |
