PURPOSE:To provide a heat resistant electric wire displaying excellent heat resistance further having solderability, by providing a stabilization-processed insulating layer, mainly composed of polyacrylonitrile, on a conductor. CONSTITUTION:A heat resistant electric wire is provided with an insulating layer, mainly composed of polyacrylonitrile stabilizationprocessed in a structural formula, on a conductor. This insulated electric wire is obtained by applying an insulating coating, mainly composed of polyacrylonitrile, to the periphery of the conductor heated at 150 to 320 deg.C. Prescribing a lower limit of heating temperature of the polyacrylonitrile to 150 deg.C is caused by a reason that a temperature, at which the polyacrylonitrile can be made infusible in the atmosphere of oxygen or air, is 150 deg.C or more, and that at a temperature lower than 150 deg.C, the polyacrylonitrile is considered unstable with fusion difficult to be caused. Further, a reason for prescribing an upper limit of the heating temperature to 320 deg.C is that a fusing temperature of the polyacrylonitrile is about 320 deg.C, and in the case of suddenly heating beyond 320 deg.C, since a sufficient film can not be generated, a uniform insulating layer can not be formed by generating a pin hole. |
