PURPOSE:To provide a data conversion device which can obtain data of a optional bit length with a simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:Parallel data which are converted by a multiplexer 22 and has a bit length that is the greatest common measure of the bit length of input data and the bit length of output data are supplied to a latch 23 among latches 23-26, shifted to the latch 24 right after the latch 23 with the shift clock of a clock generator 43, and further shifted to all the latches 23-26 in order, and then parallel data having the bit length of the successive output data are outputted from the latches 23-26 with the output signal of a frequency divider 44, so the data having the bit length which is the greatest common measure are shifted in order to easily generate data with a desired bit length. |
